Analyse the legal issues in respect of transgender equality in EMPLOYMENT CONTEXT through evaluation of the exact provisions (sections!) of the EQUALITY ACT 2010 (EA2010) and case law principles. In particular focus on the legal entitlements of transgender individuals under the EA2010 through analysis of the protected characteristics and prohibited acts.

  • Please refer to the media to learn the facts about Ms Tara Hudson as they are quite interesting especially the criminal side of the story!
