You will write an individual reflective report based on the learning experience in your work placement (choose one if you have completed more than one work placement), reflecting on mainly the work experience as well as the business simulation experience, identifying a Problem of Practice (POP) you have observed in the organisation of your work placement. This will be followed by proposing a research question or an area of investigation for your Applied Business Project (ABP). The proposal must include the background of the POP and rationale of investigation and a plan for sourcing evidence for the research.
This report must provide a Reflective Log as evidence in the appendices, which will document your observations, learning and reflection in their work placement. You will be able to present your Reflective Log in various formats that are appropriate including videos, photographs, writing and so on.
