- Using Figure 1.3 on page 5, the Essentials of Human Communication Communication Model, and the descriptions of the elements on pages 6-9 (the model and elements are also discussed in the PowerPoint for chapter one in slides 6-9), pick one element where your face-to-face conversation may have encountered a problem.
- Describe how you could have improved that element to make the entire communication of the conversation more clear.
