The second is organizational in nature and includes organizational process assets and organizational environmental factors. For this assignment, you will create a Project Charter and present it as part of your Signature Assignment. The Project Charter should include:

- Project Goals and Objectives
- Project Deliverables, Timeline, and Cost
- Implementation Plan with Key Milestones
- Assumptions/Constraints/Dependencies/Risks
- Project roles and responsibilities
- Change Management Process
- Signatures for signoff
