Did the project experience cost overruns, schedule delays, or scope creep? Given that most projects will experience one or more of these challenges, how were they handled? What metrics were used to measure project performance? How were the metrics communicated to the key stakeholders?
Discuss the closing process for this project? Who collected the lessons learned and where were they stored? Describe the process taken to transition the unique product, service, or result to the customer.
