Each individual will submit an original strategic marketing plan for a current or created hospitality endeavor.

Requirements:
• A cover page
• A minimum of a 4-5 page introduction (double spaced) describing the concept of the created company or an analysis of a current companies marketing. Remember, this can either be your own concept or a one that exists. If it is a real concept, include the website link (if available), printed documentation about it and etc. so that it can be distinguished how your strategic marketing plan is different. If using your own idea, create a brand image along with detailed descriptions the business.
• Create a complete strategic marketing plan, with SWOT analysis, including all aspects discussed in class and in the text.
• Create a complete analysis and answer both the 4 P’s question and the 4 C’s that were introduced in this class.
• Write a conclusion describing why you chose this business and why you are targeting who you are targeting. Describe your reasoning and expectations in detail (be specific) and how you will know if your marketing plan is a success or not.
• 200 points
