• Based on your research of the organizations supply chain and your assessment of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, explain how you might redesign the company’s supply chain for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Focus specifically on improvements in structure, process, etc. Outline the key inputs and outputs of your redesigned supply chain and distinguish the suppliers that merit partnership status. Justify their status with specific reasons.
