Discuss how language influences, bothers, engages or deters you from others by answering the following questions.
- What words do you see commonly misused?
- In your opinion what it main source of misused words?
- What expressions, phrases, words, or body language may convey unintended messages or undermine a leader’s positive ethos?
Now that you can picture these communicative interactions by giving specific examples from your own life. Please also research:
- Why these misappropriations of language are important to note and
- What it reflects about the person communicating in this manner when they misappropriate language.
