Welcome to week seven. We are pivoting away from focusing in the various levels of strategy and looking into the implementation and control of these strategies.

WEEK SEVEN FORUM ASSIGNMENT
1) View the week seven lesson found in the Content area of the classroom.
2) Read chapter 9, Strategy implementation and chapter 10, Strategic control, in the textbook. Will attach as PDF.
3) Watch the following video titled, The Strategy Implementation Challenge. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERsUXt9GDLg&feature=emb_logo
4) Select ONE (1) of the following questions for this discussion:
- Describe the four basic types of organizational form
- Give an example of a company that has adopted each type of structure
- Why that structure is best for them?
- What is the McKinsey’s 7S framework and explain the elements.
- What is meant by the term “soft strategy”? Explain.
