This information can all be easily obtained from google (no citations needed). You will need to find a patient brochure template and fill the information in. You will submit a professional looking brochure for this assignment. The pamphlet must be tri-fold style with full color. It must be easy to find the desired section. It must be accurate and comprehensive. The difference between a satisfactory and an outstanding submission is usually in the “general administration points”. Be sure to cover this section well.
