In this regard, we will discuss the method of reaching to our goal. Aim: Review and analyze the current methods of managing operations and chance for their development and possible improvements Objective: 1. The role of operation manager and his responsibilities on production 2. The intervention of other departments and their impact on production 3. Company’s potential in terms of human resource and equipment 4. Validity of equipment and machines used in production and efficiency 5. Benefit of the integrating resources and spreading the benefits to branches in one region 6. Inventory of resources in the stores and warehouses and possibilities of their usage again and benefiting between the branches RESEARCH QUESTIONS: 1. Challenging of the cost deductions and increasing the production without compromising on the quality. 2. Make the most of the efficiently and effectively use the integration in order to reach tangible results in reducing the cost of production to compete with young and new competitors who do not have more overhead. METHODOLOGY: Tools of the research work would be more towards a pragmatist approach where questionnaires would be sent to the employees in productions lines including sites staffs and top management. It would be quantitative and qualitative research based on questionnaires sent via emails besides the face to face interviews. A stratified method of sampling will best suit the purpose of the research work and gather answers from the various grades of employees newly appointed
