Ethics and Values Underlying OD

Throughout this course, you have thought a great deal about the developmental problems inherent in organizations, and you have sought to resolve those concerns through interventions recommended by the leading researchers in the field. Anytime you consider using a process to alter human behavior, you must be very cognizant of the ethical implications of the changes.
