group exercise class via YouTube and provide the link with your assignment. If you don’t upload a YouTube link with your assignment,
your assignment will not be graded; resulting in a "O" for the assignment.
Using the Group Exercise Class Evaluation Form (Appendix A), evaluate the instructor’s preclass, warm-up, cardio conditioning, and cool-
down segments of the class. Record your observations on the Group Exercise Class Evaluation Form, and then write a 250-word
summary of your overall assessment as if you were actually evaluating this instructor as one of your employees. In this summary, write
three things you think went well and three things that the instructor could do better in the future.
