Other structural organizations within the health care system reflect the short comings of the U.S. health care system as a whole, which is why the structural organization of health care institutions will be examined here. The structure of health care organizations is meant to be a systematic method of organizing health care specialties within an institution; ideally, these specialties overlap and cross-talk, maintaining a strong cohesiveness within the entire institution.
