Supply chain managers are challenged to keep all stakeholders happy: to keep workers and customers safe, to keep investors satisfied and to work with their supply chain partners to get all of these things done as a priority. These goals have been achieved by some organisations through the establishment of internal and external codes of ethics, hiring auditors to monitor supply chain behaviour, and even using mobile phone surveys to ask global employees about their job satisfaction and workplace conditions.
