I think he is looking for the right characteristics but there is always more characteristic that can be reviewed in the candidates. Also, people can look great on paper but still not make a great fit.

Yes, Upper management sees everything that is going wrong but not always whats right.

3. If you were Pat, would you change your approach to recruiting?

No, I think his approach is fine. You can only guess so much on how a person will fit within a company.

You need to submit just one file with answers to the questions from the two cases.

You must put your complete name and a title such as Case Studies: Chapters 2 & 3 on top of your report.

Go to Item #2, which is titled, œAssignment Submission to œAttach File. Click on the button to œBrowse My Computer for the file that you have saved to the hard drive or on a storage device such as a flash drive. Choose and click to open the file. Under File Name, you should find the file that you have just opened. Use the Submit button on the bottom/top right hand corner to send the file.
