This is the assignment that will be due Tuesday I’m going to add week Five final paper, so that you know what they are expecting so you can choose. The second part I need you to do with be the bibliography.  It’s after week five.
Review the instructions for the Final Project, located in Week Five.  In no more than one-page, submit your chosen topic and explain the reasons for why you chose this topic.  Select one of the topics from the following list:

Part I: Final Paper
For your Final Paper, you will use the topic you selected in Week One of the course and write a six- to eight-page paper explaining a branch of health care and its corresponding technology.
Address the following as it pertains to your selected topic:

1. Introduce the topic and the pertinent forms of technology.

 

1. Explain how technology impacts this area of healthcare as it relates to the provision of services.

 

1. Discuss the following as they relate to your topic:

 

1. 1. efficiency and effectiveness

 

1. 1. access to care

1. 1. other issues related to client/patient-centered care

 

1. Evaluate the strengths and limitations of the technology that supports the delivery of health care services.

 

1. Analyze current and future applications of technology for your topic.

 

1. Predict possible areas of future research or applications of technology.

Your paper must be six- to eight-pages (excluding title and reference pages) in APA format as outlined by the Ashford Writing Center.  It must include an introductory paragraph with a thesis statement, and a strong concluding paragraph.  Include at least five scholarly, peer-reviewed references (that were used in your Annotated Bibliography) to support your explanation. Your paper should discuss the topic with critical thought.

For this assignment, you will submit a two-page Annotated Bibliography of the five scholarly sources that you will use for your Final Project.  Your Annotated Bibliography must be in APA format and each reference must be followed by a short summary of the source as well as an analysis of how it is relevant to the topic of your project.  Examples of an Annotated Bibliography are available in the Ashford Writing Center.
