Length: paper is to be 5-6 single spaced pages with 1" margins and font no larger than 12 point.
Citation Style: Use APA, MLA or other. Use the one you are most familiar with. The only requirement is that you use it correctly.
Citations: be sure to cite the source for quotes or for paraphrases. Otherwise it may constitute plagiarism.
Sources: this is a research paper, not an essay based on text material You are expected to use external sources to explore your topic. Scholarly sources are best but other quality sources are acceptable NO WIKIPEDIA. Five or six sources are the minimum number.
Thesis statement: Your first paragraph should contain a clear thesis statement that tells me what the paper is about. The rest of the paper should support that thesis and not include irrelevant information.
Cover Page: is not necessary. You must have a clear,descriptive title for your paper.
Illustrations: are fine but they do not count toward your page totals.
