Hi I need help my homework Chapter 7-10 Check-InThis check-in can be taken as many times as you need to get the score you want. The questions are essay based and you are expected to answer the full question. This check-in covers chapters 7-10.Question 1Discuss the importance of creating language and literature activities that support the multiple intelligences?Question 2Explain the value of creating and using literature as the base for planning across the curriculum such as art, music, math, movement, language, social and moral development. Discuss the importance of planning a curriculum that is based heavy with literature activities that span across the curriculum?

Experiment 5 (Assignment)Electrochemical Determination of Glucose Concentration in Apple JuiceThis assignment is a task of assisting a local producer to determine glucose content in their applejuice. The chemical measurements are required to be performed through electrochemicalmethods, which are known to be portable, easy to operate, fast and low cost in relative to othermodern techniques such as HPLC, GC, Mass spectrometry etc. The electrochemical technique(e.g. Amperometry, Voltammetry, etc.) is covered in Chapter 17 and related information can alsobe found from Chapters 14 and 16. Your responsibility includes:

through comprehensive literature, search selecting a cost effective and robustelectrochemical sensor,
validating the electrochemical sensor and technique you just selected,
preparing a list of chemicals and solution samples that are needed for the measurement,
creating tables for recording the unknown sample and related responses, and
discussing the reliability of the proposed measurements. This assignment is to help students to comprehend and apply the topics that are discussed inChapter 5 (both 8th and 9th edition).Your laboratory report is expected to follow the same format as the previous laboratory reports:General LayoutThe report should be written in Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri, or similar font-type, with fontsizes 11 or 12, and line spacing of 1.5 for all text.Title PageThe first page of the report is the title page and must include the following information:
Title of the experiment 3. Student’s name and ID number
Date of submission 4. Lab sectionYour final report must include the following 5 sections:
IntroductionIt is expected to have three parts (or paragraphs). The first part presents variouselectrochemical sensors that have been developed in the last two decades. This task canbe accomplished through google search, searching key words “glucose” +“electrochemical detection”. Alternatively, one can go to read several scientific journals onthe subject about chemical sensing, such as Electrochemistry Communication,Electrochemical sensor B, etc. Part II of the introduction will present a particularelectrochemical sensor you selected for this experiment and, importantly, clearly stateswhy you choose this particular one (such as gold, or platinum nanoparticles,….) amongall these existing glucose electrochemical sensors (e.g., due to its low cost? easy tofabricate? high sensitivity? robustness? …..). Part III presents the work reported inliterature that deploys the sensor you just selected. This part can also have a briefdescription on the electrochemical techniques to be used, i.e., the principles ofamperometry and voltametric measurements.
Method validationThis section is expected to present and discuss experiment activities required to validateyour method. One should refer to Chapter 5, in particular the section 2, when proposingthe work activity.
Chemical measurementsThis section should contain the list of chemicals needed to complete the chemicalmeasurements as well as procedures on the preparation of the required solutions. Uponthe validation of your selected electrochemical method in section 2, which is assumed toshow, hypothetically, a detection limit of 5.0 mg/L, and a linear range between 5.0 and100.0 mg/L, you are expected to discuss the sample preparation on the basis that theapple juice sample may contain more than 200 mg/L glucose that is beyond the linearrange of your detector. This section should also include tables that are ready to recordunknown sample as well as their responses, similar to these tables seen in Experiments1 to 4.
Discussions and ConclusionsThis section is meant to convey your understanding of the experiment. Discuss allimportant procedures and compare with those found in the literature used by otherlaboratories. When there are several sources of possible error, indicate to what extenteach may have affected the final results. You may also suggest improvements orextensions to the experiment, and/or alternative methods of measurement.
ReferencesList these papers that are related to and assist you to complete this report. In the samemanner as what you have done through Experiments 1 to 4, references should appear inthe order they appear in the text. References in the text should appear as superscriptedArabic numerals. Please upload the completed laboratory report to Blackboard in PDF formatonly by Monday, November 30 at 12 noon.
