This assignment seeks a deeper approach to the leader follower relationship within the global context.
This project is to create a professional PowerPoint presentation to present to an organizational audience considering an emergence into the global context, or an organization already there but needing refinement and direction to stay relevant in the global context. You as the presenter, and expert, will need to research and explore the nature of global leadership, and present the top 5 leadership characteristics/principles (according to scholarly research) that global leaders need to be engaged in for success in the leader follower relationship. The presentation should inform, inspire and educate the potential audience.
The presentation should be 15 slides of content—not including the title page and the references pages.
The NOTES section of each slide should be the ‘script’ of what you would say in the actual presentation setting. Ensure the content in the NOTES section is sufficient enough for anyone to understand and deliver the presentation without your verbal added narrative.
Write as if you will be presenting in a professional setting such as a professional team or organization.
Do not make this project bigger than it needs to be. The focus should be on showing your deep understanding of leaders and followers in the global context.
