REFLECTIVE ESSAY INSTRUCTIONS ‘Individually, students will reflect upon their experience, and evaluate their own development and examine the issues encountered in the progression of their event or activity.’ 1. You must show a suitable understanding of your learning from the experiences encountered in this process, focusing on the following aspects: Your learning styles(s) and how you examined & developed these Your preferred & actual role(s) and how you developed these & contributed to the group How you developed or changed your behaviours How you developed your skills – both existing & new The extent to which you understand yourself & your learning The improvements you have made and still need to make Additionally, you may consider aspects outside of this process, for example other modules, level 1 in general, University life and extra-curricular programmes (such as languages, sports), and examine (compare and contrast) these experiences with those in this module. 2.
