The fourth learning portfolio is titled "Reflection" in which you will reflect on your progress and growth based on the number of different soft-skills that you have studied from Week 1 through Week 9.

This Learning Portfolio is not a group assignment but combines your individual learning experiences with the group work that you have done so far in the class.

Explain how these skills could be useful if you were employed in either a customer service role or any other position in the Tourism & Hospitality industry.

Using this learning portfolio as a step to support you in your Personal Edge e-Portfolio is also a great way to share your experiences with your lecturer who may use your reflections to improve the learning experiences for future students in this course.
