2.2. Selection criteria
2.2.1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria
year (all literature will be considered with a date 2012 and after)
language (english language only)
origin of the literature (search will focus on UK literature only)
2.2.2 What types of evidence will you include and why?

2.4 Data extraction
2.5 Ethical considerations

Just because this is a review does not mean we should not dismiss ethics.
e.g. not using direct quotations from research participants as they only consented to the original study doing this? Have the research articles mentioned ethics approvals and consent?
