The government is a secondary-priority stakeholder for United Healthcare Group, but still quite significant. Governments present limits, requirements, and opportunities to businesses and are financially interested in the company because governments want economic growth from each company operating under their watch. They are also interested in the legal compliance of the United Healthcare Group. There is a wide range of legislation concerning different Countries, and these regulations can have a high impact on the whole industry but are not tailored to just our company. It is important to keep this group of stakeholders satisfied as they have high power over the company and have the ability to approve or prohibit their business operations. United Healthcare Group currently partners with municipal, state, federal, and international governments to ensure aviation policies are sustainable from an economic, environmental, and social standpoint. United Healthcare Group’s corporate social responsibility strategies should build and maintain the satisfaction of this stakeholder by ensuring that their policies and operations are following the law and complying with regulations.
There other inbound stakeholders who play their significant roles in both managing and financing the project. These internal stakeholders include the staff and the employees, for they are the ones that will ensure the type of service delivery to be delivered. They are the most important stakeholders in the entire system of the project. Some of the stakeholders are external stakeholders who tend to support the project as they wait for their shares only (UnitedHealth Group SWOT Analysis / Matrix., 2019). The customers are also among the stakeholders in this project because without them; there is no United Healthcare Group. So, each stakeholder in the United Healthcare Group plays a significant role in ensuring the running of the project. All the stakeholders should be taken with great respect, for they are of great importance in the entire organization, for if one stake part interfered, it would automatically interfere with the entire system. Anthony Welters is among the major stakeholders in the United Healthcare Group who funded the organization.
Communication plan is a core thing in the United Healthcare group project. No organization can make a step both economically and its operations without a successful communication plan (UnitedHealth Group SWOT & PESTLE Analysis, 2018). For a better implementation of any policy in the organization, communication must be taken as the mediator of the policy. So, there must be a plan that will ensure that the information about the strategies to be implemented reach all the staffs and unto the clients/ customers if they are involved in the strategic plan.
