The Iphone X has made alot of controvery since its release. Some of the targeted areas are mostly for people who have to have the newest model they come out with, even if it means upgrading to a new phone twice a year. I believe the general target is all over. This appeals to so many regardless of education level, income, where they live, etc. I personally am a dedicated Apple product purchaser. I am not willing to pay the amount for this new phone due to glass on both sides. I do not need double the protection to keep from breaking either side of the phone. However, there are some consumers that like the chance of showing off a new purchase as it can help their status of getting newer and up to date products. I do think the majority of the targeted market on new releases is more tech savy consumers that have the extra funds available to be able splurge each time a new model is released.
If I had to come up with a sales pritch it would probably be as below.
The Iphone X is the most secure Iphone you are yet to own. Face recognition in itself makes this phone more for you and with better photo quality, how can you pass it up?
We live by our cameras constantly with taking photos and videos and posting them on social media. Although the Iphone X does offer newer technology advances, I can see it being more popular with urban areas where there is more populated and social scenes.
