This is a personal philosophy and will describe your own developed views now that youve reached the end of your bachelor’s program.
To focus your thoughts, title your paper with your name and BS program, such as:
The Philosophy of Leadership and Ministry
Write a 4-5 page paper explaining your personal philosophy in your focused discipline, including the following:
1. The biblical and ethical expectations for your leadership.
2. Your plan for caring for your own physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health.
3. What it means to be a leader as you interact with others. How do you lead others? What principles of leadership apply to relationships?
4. What does it look like to be a leader with your completed degree? How do approach your future now that you are heading toward graduation?
Remember to include scholarly support for your ideas. Though this is a personal philosophy paper, it is not an opinion paper!
