Term Project: 7 things You Should Know
Educause has a publication series called “7 things you Should Know.” This series provides short overviews of key emerging technologies and practices that have significant potential for teaching and learning.
Reading Assignment:
Read the following documents and notice the commonalities in the formatting of the documents. The questions are the same, the headings are the same, and the overall look is similar.

For the term project, you must create your own version of a “7 Things You Should Know†document about your project topic. Please be mindful that the end result must be a handout in keeping with the look of the series.
•Create a “7 Things You Should Know†document following the format of the sample documents you just read.
•Use your research articles and annotated bibliographies to address the following seven questions about the topic (I attached all my research articles and annotated bibliography under additional files).
1.What is it?
2.How does it work?
3.Who’s doing it?
4.Why is it significant?
5.What are the downsides?
6.Where is it going?
7.What are the implications for teaching and learning?
•Use this� rubric� to assess, edit, and revise the document, as required (The rubric is also attached)
•Complete a� self assessment form� about your performance. (Attached under Additional Files)
•Submit the final version of the 7 Things document and the self-assessment form.
