“Thanks to the Civil Rights movement of the 1960’s, America has largely defeated racism.  We are fulfilling Martin Luther King’s dream of being a nation where people will be judged “not by the color of their skin, but by the quality of their character.”  Californians were wise to do away with affirmative action and other policies that tied us to racism.”
