By now, you should have a thorough knowledge of your chosen organization and position. In this final written assignment, I would like you to reflect on all the information you gathered and evaluate if this would be a position you would (still) like to pursue after graduation. Please write a two-page paper that addresses the following:
· An overview of your chosen organization, its strategy, and chosen position
· Summary of the position’s job description and job specification
· Summary of likely recruitment and selection methods
· Summary of the most important element of the job and how an employee would be evaluated
· Would you apply for or accept this position if there was an opportunity? Why or why not?
Requirements
Your assignment should be written in paragraph form and be at least two pages of content, or -about 600 words (i.e., name and/or assignment headings do not count toward the one page of content). The assignment should be double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12pt font, and should contain proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. In other words, it should reflect college-level writing.
