FACTS 

Your boss, Crocodile Dundee (Croco), is a defence lawyer who is asking you to perform some basic legal research on a very important case involving a series of issues with his client, Citizen Y. Citizen Y has been recently charged in Kingston, Ontario, with INSIDER TRADING under Canadas Criminal Code, including:
