St. George’s Multi-Service Facility for Seniors (SGMS) is a new entrant into the service delivery market for aging populations. The mission of SGMS is to provide quality services in a community where 60% of the demographic population is seniors. Although the market looks promising, SGMS will face many problems as a new business in the community. The facility must build its customer base first by targeting both primary and secondary market interests.

You are the chief marketing officer. Building a customer base by tracking marketing trends, gathering customer information, and connecting with both the primary and secondary interests are among your responsibilities.

A variety of academic sources is encouraged.
  • Reference page: References that align with your in-body academic sources are listed on the final page of your paper. The references must be in APA format using appropriate spacing, hanging indent, italics, and uppercase and lowercase usage as appropriate for the type of resource used. Remember, the Reference page is not a bibliography but a further listing of the abbreviated in-body citations used in the paper. Every referenced item must have a corresponding in-body citation.
