In Hinduisms Karma is whatever you are going to do today is going to effect you’re future life. if it was something good you will have something good in the future and if you did something bad then you will have somethings bad in the future and it’s given from god.
On the other hand, in Buddhism it is something naturally not from god. It’s basically if you did something good you deserve to get something good and the other way around.
Reincarnation is basically after a biological death, the soul can begin a new life in a different bod. 
in the Westerners reincarnation is seen as a reward rather than a punishment.
