The document should be single spaced, font 12, with references in an APA

 Approximately the document should be 4 pages minimum and 5 pages maximum excluding references. Bullet points are accepted but should be used with parsimony. You can put as much elements as you want in the appendixes.  Figures, charts, graphs and tables are welcome.

 Here is a suggested structure, you can deviate from it as long as you cover all the following elements:

          Introduction (1/2 page):  Identification of all the factors external (strategy, competition, stakeholders…) but also internals (culture, specificities of the sector…) that will help explain why the organization is facing such issues

 •         HRM Issues/problems (2 pages): Discuss the organization’s HRM issues you studied and why and how they are relevant to the organization’s overall success and performance.

        Recommended solutions (2 pages): What should be done? How would you proceed precisely step by step? Think about the order that you should follow and would maximize your chances of success. Who will gain from the plan you suggest? Who will lose from the plan? What resistance can you face and how will you address this resistance. In this section, it will be particularly important to draw specifically and extensively on the course material and also to search for best practices from other companies

 Remark: I let you judge of what is the best way to present your work but it might be a good idea to structure your presentation in the following way

 -          HRM issue/problem 1 and solutions

 -          HRM issue/problem 2 and solutions

 -          HRM issue/problem 3 and solutions

          Conclusion and limits (half a page): Describe the limits and constraints that could prevent a good implementation of your recommended solutions

 •         References (mandatory): List of books, chapters, articles, class slides, newspaper articles, internet websites etc. cited in the text
