Research Paper Rubric
This rubric is designed to be used to assess student performance on a term paper. A term paper, or research paper, is an original written work that is generally intended to describe an event, a concept, or argue a point. The student is required to present one research paper. Evaluate the United States Healthcare system, global ranking, economics, financing, policy, and effectiveness. Then evaluate another countries healthcare system ranked higher than the U.S., global ranking, economics, financing, policy, and effectiveness. Contrast both healthcare systems, what are they doing better? why are they more successful? What changes or recommendations can you provide the U. S. to be more successful? Each paper requires at least 5 pages, valid sources, and APA formatting. Introduction, Analysis U.S. Healthcare System, Analysis Foreign Healthcare System, Contrast Both Healthcare Systems, Your Recommendations for the Future of U.S. Healthcare and conclusion.
