Self-training project VG3

Make 4 detailed training plans where you focus on core and musclebuilding in each training plan.  

The plan has to be very detailed

There has to be a what your doing, why your doing it, and what it is doing

4 pages for 4 different plans

2 pages where you explain the connection between regular physical activity and

health, and discusses around possible unfortunate aspects of exercise.

 

All the plans have to hang together, and have the same goal for trainings period.  

Write about the muscle groups your using, what this improves

Talk about dynamic and static training whilst writing the 4 plans 

How the muscles are built and how training affects them (and musclefibre)
