- Use the questions found in this document to interview your field supervisor. It is likely that other questions and topics will arise, giving you both an opportunity to clarify roles and expectations, among other things. These questions are meant to provide you with prompts to having an open and honest conversation with your supervisor. If you have additional or follow-up questions to add, do not hesitate!
- Once you have completed your interview, write a two- to three-page paper (two pages minimum). The paper should include:
- An introduction.
- The questions you asked and their answers.
- A summary reflection at the end. The summary reflection should include both positives and potential challenges learned or identified as a result of the interview, along with at least two action steps you will take based on what you learned from the interview to ensure a positive practicum experience.
