Step 1: Introduction and Preliminary Research Research lesson readings as well as external academic resources from the Cline Library http://library.nau.edu/ and/or the Internet, books, journals, etc. about strategic CRM. Locate and read a minimum of two articles that focus on strategic CRM. These articles should have been published within the last three years, as technology has improved significantly over that period.

Step 2: Write an essay for this lesson is required to be a minimum of 750 words that clearly demonstrate your understanding of the activity. Based on the topic readings and the research you have conducted:
