Some of your paragraphs don’t link together or flow very well. You have used a large number of experiences and I think this has detracted from your detail in analysing and evaluating these properly. You say you have used Gibbs reflective cycle but this isn’t apparent. You have been deducted 10% of your final mark for not adhering to the word count.
• Using a wider range of literature such as policies, legislation, national guidelines along with research articles will help you to support your work with appropriate literature and link to theories of collaboration or/and patient centred care.
• You have not fully identified specific areas for development. An action plan or discussion of areas for development linking to what you have reflected on would help to show your understanding with the topic and learning outcomes.
• Please refer to the APA referencing standards to improve your citations and referencing. There are a large number of errors in both of these elements.
