This paper asks students to construct a sociological account of your daily life by using candid photos as a guide. Compare and contrast how two(2) different sociological perspectives (functionalist, conflict, or symbolic) would interpret the content of at least three(3) of your photos. Papers can reproduce two photos from the original blog posts, but must include at least one(1) new photo to help unify the authors perspective. Papers should have at least three(3) photos, and no more than five(5) candid photos, and must be 1250-1500-words long. Students are encouraged to re-use their own high quality writing from the blogposts during the term, but all papers will be graded as if seen for the first time using the rubric in the syllabus.
