For your Signature Assignment this week, you will design a comprehensive training plan for an organization of your choice. Be sure you select an organization in which you can gather a great deal of information from as you prepare this plan.
Acting as the head consultant of your own training and development consultancy, you have approached an organization of your choice that is willing to engage with your firm in developing and designing a comprehensive learning and development program. The organization would like to increase its learning and development efforts throughout the organization. The organization has asked that you prepare a proposal on how you plan to create this learning and development program.
This assignment will be written in the form of a proposal and shared with the executive leadership team.
The components of this report should include:
- A brief overview of the organization, its mission, vision, and values.
- A description of how your firm plans to create a learning culture and environment for the organization.
- A discussion on how you will apply the ADDIE Model. Discuss each phase of the model and how you will integrate it in designing a learning program for the organization.
- A discussion on your method to ensure the proper transfer and reinforcement of knowledge and skills attained through training.
- An examination of the outcomes of your learning program that connects them to the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
