submit a critical reflection that addresses the following:
- Your evolving understanding of how cultural and emotional intelligence enhance leadership.
- Exploring your own identity and the intersections of your identities in relation to your leadership approach.
- The significance of bringing your background and experiences into your work as a librarian/information professional.
- Your understanding of the issues addressed (communities of color, ethical leadership) in the weekly readings as they relate to your understanding of leadership; include the ways in which the readings have made you more aware of who you are and your approach to leadership.
The critical reflection paper must be no more than 5 pages, double-spaced (not including references), should use proper APA format, and should include at least six scholarly sources.
Full points will be credited to papers that address:
