Why do organizational leaders so often pursue change, and why do they so often fail? Enterprise change initiatives have become ubiquitous in organizational lifewhether you are in the business, government, or non-profit worldand indeed the pace of change has been steadily increasing across all sectors of the economy and globally across all regions. If there is one universal constant that most people in most organizations can agree on these days, its that change is upon us. Paradoxically, though organizational change has become commonplace, we dont seem to be getting better at it; in fact, most change initiatives still fail to achieve their goals.
