Herbert Spencer developed the concept “survival of the fittest”. He asserts that societies evolve from primitive to civilized according to a natural evolution process. He proposes that by helping underprivileged societies we interfere with the process of extinction. So, given that premise: discuss your thoughts as to whether the more powerful and plentiful nations, such as the US should help less powerful nations, such as in fighting disease and/or poverty, etc?
