Betteke van Ruler (2018) provides three theoretical frameworks as pillars for strategic communication. First, describe your familiarity with each framework. Next, consider van Ruler’s proposal of strategic communication as an “agile management process” (p. 379.) Provide an example of how strategic communicators can feed “the arenas in which meanings are presented, negotiated, constructed, or reconstructed for strategy development and strategy implementation” (pp. 379-380).
