Discussion Thread: Internal Environment, Power / Weakness, and Decision Models

PART I: Evaluating the internal environment that the company does business in is critical to the process of developing a companys strategy. When evaluating the external environment, it is important to understand key sources of power or weakness that exist. Decision models continue to impact strategy development and should continuously be evaluated, and others considered.

1) Previous Comments, Please Pay Close Attention:

a)  Running header is 50 characters or less and is not boldfaced

b)  No cover page and/or section headings included.

c)  Incorrect reference listing. No cover page and/or section headings included.

d)  Please see the attached Word Document for any APA, Punctuation, or Grammatical errors.

e)  Need a primary heading before moving to a seoncdary heading such as introduction.

2)   Grading Rubric for the Annotated Bibliography

a)   Thread -Structure -Annotated Bibliography (20 pts)— Two sources included (not the text books). Correct reference listing. Summary of Key Points in the article. Evaluation of the quality of the publication. Evaluation of the quality of the author(s). Description of where the article fits into the discussion. No less than minimum required word count.

 

b)  Thread -Structure -Current APA Format & Structure (5 pts)— Proper cover page and section headings included. Met all of the required formatting.
