Based on the topic you chose for the Week 1 Preparing for the Mini Project Proposal assignment, explain how you might use action research in your workplace or community. Provide a specific example of a situation or issue, and explain how your workplace or community may benefit from action research. Then, explain who would be involved with the action research project and why, and finally, discuss how you could collect data that would inform an action plan. Keep in mind that you are practicing as you draft these components, and that you will have the opportunity to revise in your Mini Project ProposalPutting It All Together final paper. Later in this course, you will practice drafting the components for other potential ADP approaches. During the final week, you will decide which approach is most suitable for your topic and choose to use the version of your choice.

• Explain the context of the situation or issue in three to five sentences.
  • Include how your workplace or community may benefit from action research.
• Discuss who would be involved with the action research project in two or three sentences.
  • Explain why.
  • Include what role they would play.
• Explain how you could collect data that would inform an action plan in two or three sentences.

    • Space should be between title and the rest of the information on the title page.

  • Course name and number
  • Instructors name
  • Due date
