Once you go to edutopia.org type in the name of the video that appears on the top of the observation form in the “search” area and the video will be located for you to watch. Click on the “Play arrow” to watch the video. Each observation form (1-4) has a different focus as indicated by the title for that observation.
In the attachment files listed below are the 4 observation forms. In each form are questions to answered and filled out in the forms. The title for each form is the title for each video and time lap for you to watch, fill out, and complete. (No sources required).
