Then, provide a written synthesis (breakdown) of the main issues and actors in the story. Next, analyze the main ethical dilemma(s) and provide your view (not your opinion– your view; look at the situation from both sides prior to constructing your ‘take’ (view) on the matter) of what was done correctly, what was done incorrectly, and also provide your input as to how you could use this as a teaching/training piece for someone under your command.
For References you are only required to cite the article you are reviewing, but you are encouraged to use/cite any additional resources necessary to complete the assignment at the graduate-level. For APA style simply provide a cover page. There is no minimum or maximum required length for this assignment.
