Consider the following scenario:

Morgan is a manager running a unit at a county regional center andshe has eight staff members on her team reporting to her. As part of stateregulations, as well as to ensure quality of services at the regional center,Morgan has to sign off on every service plan in the unit.

 

For this Discussion, you will put yourself in Morgans role andreview a service plan created by one of her case workers for Rocky, a35-year-old male with Down syndrome.
