How we treat one another at work matters, and insensitive actions have consequences in peoples mental health. The second major reason for the growth of incivility is that notion that being nice at work does not equal power and the negative idea that is not necessary to rise to the top.

3. Job sharing is an arrangement in which the responsibility of a full-time job is shared between two or more employees. Employees who job share concur to dividing their compensation, task, and responsibilities. Possible disadvantages of job sharing include dividing employees’ benefits between job sharers and training and orientating a second employee.
